Pieces the full line can finish in one shift. Simple garments run fastest; denim and tailored pants with more operations take longer.

Quality checks on every order
Problems are cheapest to fix before a garment is finished, so we check at three points rather than only at the end.
Fabric inspection
Rolls are checked for holes, stains, shade variation and GSM before any cutting starts.
In-line checks
Supervisors check stitch density, seam strength and measurements on each bundle as it moves down the line.
Final inspection
Finished garments are checked against your approved sample and measurement chart before packing.
